This beautiful building was designed by Charles Crane and built in 1902 for The American Candy Co.  It was operated from 1950 until we acquired it in 2003 by the Rauschenberger Co. a manufacturer of twine and cords.  After acquiring the building in 2003 it was completely rehabilitated and restored, and the upper floors were converted into a 57-unit luxury condominium building.
